These terms govern your purchase from Elaborate. You can reach us at info@elaboratenutrition.co.uk.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

We sell dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are being treated for a condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

You're responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at info@elaboratenutrition.co.uk if you think someone else has access to it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, where a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — and we'll let you know and refund any payment already taken.

Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed; if that happens, we'll contact you before processing the order at the corrected price.

Discount codes are subject to the terms shown when the offer is made and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Unless stated otherwise, one code can be used per order, and codes can't be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to an order that's already been placed.

A subscription renews automatically at the interval and saving shown on the product page at the time you subscribe, until you change or cancel it. Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date. To swap products, change frequency, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel, contact us at info@elaboratenutrition.co.uk before your next renewal — cancellations take effect on your next scheduled billing date, not retroactively.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@elaboratenutrition.co.uk with your order number and photographs. This doesn't affect any other rights you may have under applicable law.

Follow the directions and warnings on the product label. Keep all products out of reach of children, don't exceed the recommended dose, and stop use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. You're responsible for checking a product's ingredients against any allergies or sensitivities you have before use.

The text, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute it without our permission.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the site's normal operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

This site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such warranties can't be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
